See it. Touch it. Fit it on a customer. Then decide.
JUMA’s sample-supported buying model means you never have to order blind. Every approved trade account can request paid samples on any style in the range. If you proceed to a production order, your sample fee is credited in full.
How sampling works
- Request a sample after your trade account is approved.
- Pay the sample fee — $400–$600 AUD depending on the style. Your sample is made to order, not pulled from a display rack.
- Receive in approximately 2–3 weeks. Assess quality, fit, fabric and construction with real customers.
- Credit applied in full — the sample fee comes off your first production order for that style.
- No commitment required. If a style doesn’t work for your store, you keep the sample and move on. No minimum order is triggered.
What to sample
We recommend starting with 2–4 styles across the categories you’re most interested in. Most buyers start with their highest-demand category — bridesmaid gowns and bridal are the most common entry points — then add kids, flower girl or suiting once they’ve seen the quality firsthand.
After sampling
Once you’re confident in the product, you can place a production order from 1 unit per style. Lead time is 4–6 weeks from deposit and sample sign-off. Reorders on proven styles are faster.
